Hybanthus aurantiacus
Family: Violaceae
Small perennial plant growing to 40cm high with bright orange flowers.
Flowers have an unusual shape with one large spade shaped petal below with four very small petals above.
Plants can be found in various populations scattered across the northern half of Australia (Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Queensland).

These plants are found in all habitats of the park.
